This is a Brand New,  Genuine Nissan Y61/GU Patrol Cruise Control Switch, which has been reconfigured to suit Barra Conversions.

Using Factory Cruise on the Barra PCM in your Patrol/Barra Conversion still takes a bit of work.  This will help reduce the complexities.
The Switch is also suitable for those wanting to use a PCMTec MultiTune.
